We offer this Introductory Taster Session as an opportunity to discover, hands on, what Mindful Self-Compassion is. The format is workshop style and you will have the chance to experience some simple practices and short guided meditations. There will also be short talks and some group discussion.
Mindful Self-Compassion has been strongly associated with improved physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. It has been shown to lead to greater resilience and strength and to support the maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise.
You will leave this taster session with skills you can integrate into your life immediately. The session will also be a useful introduction to MSC if you are thinking of joining an 8-week programme.
